The song “Lessons Learned” by Carrie Underwood is a song that I can really identify every time I listen to it and really pay attention to the words of the song. Especially that you can’t change the past, cause it’s gone.
Realizing the pain I endured was not for no reason. There is a purpose to pain, to make me grow as a person, to push me towards something better, or to share my story with someone who might need to hear it. Just listen to the song and listen to the lyrics and perhaps you will love the song in a new way like I did.
